Marina Mates LLC was founded by Cameron Schmidt, a graduate of the Marine Mechanics Institute. Cameron’s journey into the marine industry began with a single mission: to eliminate the stress and uncertainty from boat ownership. He founded Marina Mates LLC because he believes that boat ownership should be defined by sun, water, and freedom—not by unexpected costs and endless hassles.
Our goal at Marina Mates LLC is simple: to save you time and money, and to give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing your vessel is in the hands of a trusted and knowledgeable advocate. We act as your personal assistant, scheduling service with your preferred repair center and ensuring a timely and efficient process. We review all repair estimates to ensure costs are fair and accurate, and after the work is complete, we perform a detailed walk-through of your boat to verify all repairs are done correctly and to a high standard.
